Goods Ready & Shipment (1-2 business days)
Prior to shipment, a final random inspection is conducted according to AQL 2.5 standard. Upon shipment, the copy of the Bill of Lading is provided, and the 70% balance payment is requested.
Mass Production, Inspection & Packaging (15-30 business days)
After the mass production samples are approved, we commence mass production. All products undergo 100% inspection before packaging.
Mass production samples preparation & PO approval (2-4 business day)
After the injection mold is ready, we prepare mass production samples for your approval. Upon confirmation, we request an official Purchase Order (PO). Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance against the copy of BL (FOB Ningbo or Shanghai).
Prototype approval & mold creation(25-30 business day)
Upon your approval, we begin injection mold fabrication. The mold cost, typically between USD 2,000 – 3,000 each, will be invoiced at this stage. (Final cost may vary based on mold complexity.)
3D printing & prototyping (3-4 business day)
We produce 3D-printed and colored prototypes for your approval. This step is provided at no charge.
Creating 2D / 3D designs(4-6 business day)
We create 2D & 3D design files for customer approval. A fee of USD 80-150 per design will apply.
Inquiry & Quotation(1-2 business day)
We provide a professional and competitive quotation based on your product requirements, including size, application, and packaging.

Yes, we provide reference samples free of charge; we usually design and sample for our clients free of charge. It generally takes 4-7 days from design to sample completion. However, if the product size is large or there are many styles, we will require the client to pay a sampling fee, which is generally around $200 per style. However, these sampling fees can be deducted from the payment after the order is confirmed.
Of course! This is one of our core customization services. Our engineering team has extensive experience in transforming your 2D designs or creative concepts into producible 3D models and providing professional mold design to ensure the final product's quality is highly consistent with your design.
We offer one-stop packaging solutions, including blind box cardboard, blister packs, OPP bags, color box design and printing, and more. We can ensure your product packaging is properly protected during shipping and stands out on the shelf.
Absolute confidentiality. We place great importance on our clients' intellectual property rights. Before a project begins, we are happy to sign a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you. All your design documents and information will be strictly protected and will never be disclosed to any third party.
We typically use a phased payment method: a 30% deposit via T/T (to start production and mold opening), and the remaining 70% balance paid by the customer after mass production is completed, shipment is made, and a copy of the bill of lading is provided. We also accept LC (Letter of Credit). Specific terms can be negotiated upon order confirmation.
We firmly believe that quality is fundamental. If any batch of products experience issues due to our manufacturing processes, we will assume corresponding responsibility and immediately activate our contingency plan, including rework, re-production, or compensation according to the contract terms. Specific details will be clearly stated in the commercial contract to protect your rights.
